The process flow of hard alloy double helical hole round bars: powder making → formula according to application requirements → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → sieving → then add forming agent → re-drying → sieving to obtain the mixed material → granulation → pressing → forming → low-pressure sintering → forming (blank)→ fine grinding by external cylindrical grinding (blank does not have this process)→ dimensional inspection → packaging → storage.
