SPECIFICATION

PDC bearings and tungsten carbide bearings are the key wear parts of oil&gas directional drilling downhole tools, so the wear resistance of the bearings is directly related to the life of the drilling tool. 

There are two production processes we have for TC bearings, one is sintering process, and the other is surfacing process; the bearing that use surfacing process is more cost-effective and the service life is more than two times of that of bearing use sintering process.

Mud motor is one of the most widely used downhole tools in oil directional drilling, in which TC Bearing is the most important parts.
